About the Author:

My name is Sarah and I am a physics tutor. I have been teaching physics one-on-one for over twelve years now. I worked for the Physics Education Group at the University of Washington as a research and teaching assistant. I’ve helped a lot of undergrads  pass their physics classes and high school students get 5’s on their AP exams. I did my master’s thesis on physics misconceptions.

  1. Because of my high school sat math score ( 695 if memory serves) I tested out of my college calculus requirement. Biggest regret of my life. I’ve periodically tried to self teach ever since. Recently spent the big bucks – .99 cents – on Kindle for your rate, velocity acceleration graphs. Eureka, cheers, and a thousand thanks. You’ve simplified what no other calculus for dummies type book has been able to do, i.e. give me the big picture and a visual way to define the problems.
